After taking a year out from creating music, this first release is full of life and is exactly the energy we need in the midst of the current crisis.
Shake ‘em Off reminds us all to keep smiling, dancing and turning to friends to make the hard times fun. Accompanied by vibrant visuals directed by Traxx and Nick Wotton, and partly filmed on a handheld camcorder the DIY aesthetic is very much alive.
Traxx says, “I want to bring the fun back to music videos with Shake ‘em Off and remind people that life shouldn’t be taken too seriously. Sometimes you can just shake it off.”
Continuing to create music from the heart, Traxx openly shares his faith as a Christian with bars like ‘take a seat at the cross’.
As he enters back on to the music scene with a fresh mindset, we can expect to hear even more new music and live shows throughout 2020.
Shake ‘em Off will be available on Spotify and Apple Music from 22nd March.
